I make cakes for people in the Northern Territory living in and around Darwin and beyond. So if you’re looking for a cake you’re at the right place.

Ever since I was a little girl all I ever wanted to do was use my artistic skills to design and make beautiful, scrumptious cakes. So my journey to achieve my goal took off in 1996 with work experience at a local bakery during high school in Darwin where I have grown up.

I believe cakes are for everyone to enjoy. The best cakes I ever tasted were made by my Nanna and she made them from scratch in her modest kitchen so many years ago.

Like most people in the business I’ve done the hard yakka and completed an apprenticeship so today I’m a fully blown  pastry chef and baker with a decade plus of experience to back me up.

I love using my creative imagination to design beautiful cakes pleasing to the eye and appealing to the taste buds. My dream is to make the best cakes in the world. I don’t believe this is impossible because cakes are about love and sharing so as long as I always remember to put heaped servings of love and goodwill in each cake mix, I know I can achieve my dream.

I have a unique cake plan designed  to reduce stress and emotion when choosing  a cake for any celebration.

Because I would like to make the perfect cake for each customer, customer assistance has become my specialty so I can blend and mix each cake order with my artistic and pastry magic every time I make a cake.  Whilst each cake is individual and different each has the distinctive duty to bear honor, respect and love.

I believe cakes are a most important part of a celebration so I want each cake to take center stage so the celebrations are a happy, joyous and memorable event.
