Born and raised in Anula, the vibrant Northern Suburbs of Darwin, I have a deep-rooted love for our city's unique beauty and culture. Darwin, known for its picturesque landscapes, exciting fishing, and friendly community, has been my inspiration and home. A Journey of Passion and Excellence My journey as a pastry chef began at 16, combining the roles of a baker and a pastry chef in my apprenticeship. Qualifying in 2002, I embarked on various culinary adventures, including working as a chef on the Pas III for Paspaley Pearls. However, my true calling was always in creating beautiful, custom cakes. Rachael's DesignaCake was born out of this passion and has grown into a beloved business in Darwin. |
